Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Reboot Riot CRM, operated by Reboot Riot P.L.L.C. (“Reboot Riot”). The CRM is primarily an internal business tool for authorized users.

Authorized use

Users may access the CRM only with permission from Reboot Riot and must use it for legitimate business purposes. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer information, or interfere with system operation.

Accounts and security

Authorized users are responsible for protecting their authentication credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Customer and service records

Information entered into the CRM should be accurate and handled in accordance with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and contractual obligations. CRM records do not replace any separate signed managed-services or repair agreement.

Third-party services

The CRM may integrate with third-party platforms, including accounting services. Use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue CRM features for maintenance, security, or business needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the CRM is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
